The ability to ride well and achieve your goals calls for good health. To help you kick off your 2010 personal health goals I am offering 10 free nutritional assessments to the first takers. I have a Masters degree in health psychology, but my first love will always be in the dressage arena. For those of you who I have not met, I am an ex-three-day eventer, now solid dressage enthusiast. Over the years, I have been a working student on the East coast, trained under several Olympians (both dressage and jumping), worked at a breeding farm and multiple vets, managed USDF sanctioned dressage shows and even judged lower level schooling dressage shows. In addition to individual nutrition counseling, I am available to come to your barn and do complimentary group workshops on the topic of sports nutrition.
